While opening another Marshmallow Easter Egg I realised that this year is literally hopping away with us. Time is waiting for no one.

The Presidents Inaugural Lunch was great and we have fabulous people in this industry of ours. The new council were introduced and we look forward to a year of growth, development and fun with a number of new faces bringing with them fresh ideas and new energy. If you missed out, check our Facebook Page for photos of the event.

Our calendar of events have been updated so clear those diaries and make note of your IIKZN events. The ever popular Night Racing will be held on the 15th May so watch this space for booking information.

And the winner is..."RISKSA wins 'Best Niche Magazine Award' in USA" .

"What does all of this actually mean? For a small publishing house like COSA, the winning of these accolades actually means a great deal. It affords marketing directors, media buyers and clients alike the comfort and security of knowing that their hard-earned marketing budgets are being well spent on the right platforms. It enables COSA to attract the brightest young talent, keen to work on its many successful titles. The most important benefit of COSA's successes on an international stage, however, is perhaps that by benchmarking its efforts against the best international media, COSA is able to consistently bring quality products across all its channels to a growing audience. " Congratulations to our Media Partner! EPIC!

Until next time "As soon as something stops being fun, I think it's time to move on. Life is too short to be unhappy. Waking up stressed and miserable is not a good way to live." ― Richard Branson, Screw It, Let's Do It: Lessons In Life

Dear Valued Members,

Hope you all had a safe and enjoyable Easter. With more long weekends looming at the end of the month, it is no surprise that April has passed us by with the blink of an eye!

Our first workshop for the year was held at the Westville Country Club on 16 April 2015. Special thanks to our Sponsors, Khadija Karsany (Pivotal Training Academy), Zurich Insurance Company for the lucky draw prizes and Milpark for the stationery. To each of our delegates that attended, we thank you for your continued support and your contribution towards the success of this event.

Congratulations to all our lucky draw prize winners, we are certain you will enjoy your gifts.

Our next workshop is a special feature for the "Young Guns" of our industry. We are planning some really exciting stuff for you.

On a final note the CPD deadline is almost upon us. To all Licenciates, Associates and Fellows, you have until the 30/06/2015 to obtain 15 CPD hours. We encourage you to visit the IISA Website for more details on the CPD requirement. Please also feel free to contact us should you require more guidance.
